Remote Project Scheduler WFH

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Project Scheduler to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time remote position ideal for a meticulous planner who excels at coordinating complex projects and ensuring their timely completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing project timelines resources and communication with stakeholders playing a vital role in our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and manage detailed project schedules from initiation through to completion.
• Liaise with project managers team members and other stakeholders to define project requirements timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports and performance dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that project resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
• Utilise project management software effectively to track tasks milestones and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Project Scheduler Project Coordinator or in a similar project management role.
• Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Jira).
• Exceptional organisational planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a talent for clear and concise reporting.
• A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote environment.
• Experience within the solar or renewable energy industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
• A relevant certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) would be a plus.
