Remote Junior UXUI Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our this role you will collaborate with product managers developers and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research creating wireframes and prototypes and designing user interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of user personas and user journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Support the development team in implementing design specifications and ensure design consistency across products.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar software.
• Basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing your design process and projects demonstrating your understanding of UX/UI principles.
