Job Description: Remote IT Specialist at 111 Sign Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems software and hardware
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks servers and security systems
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and assistance
- Certifications in relevant IT areas are a plus
