Responsibilities
Meet virtually (Zoom) with hiring managers and candidates to understand needs
Learn to source screen and match candidates to roles
Build long-term client and candidate relationships through consistent follow-up
Stay current on hiring trends and recruitment tools
Collaborate remotely with a supportive team toward shared placement goals
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients/candidates via phone email and Zoom
Respond to hiring inquiries and coordinate interviews
Present job opportunities clearly and professionally
Guide candidates through application screening and onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline and requirement records
Participate in ongoing training
