Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Document Processing Associate to support our remote business operations. This entry-level position is responsible for reviewing processing organizing and routing digital documents while helping ensure information is complete and properly recorded within company systems.
Unlike a traditional data entry position this role places greater emphasis on document review processing workflows digital filing and administrative coordination. The successful candidate will work with electronic forms applications requests reports and other business documents to ensure they are handled according to established procedures.
No previous professional experience is required for qualified entry-level applicants. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Receive and review electronic documents submitted through company systems email or other approved channels.
Check documents and forms for completeness accuracy and required information.
Process routine forms applications requests and supporting documentation according to established procedures.
Upload documents into appropriate internal systems and electronic folders.
Assign proper categories labels file names or status codes to documents.
Maintain tracking logs for received processed pending and completed documents.
Update basic information associated with documents and processing requests.
Identify missing information and flag incomplete documents for additional review.
Route documents to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic document libraries.
Review files for duplicate outdated or incorrectly categorized documents.
