Remote Dispatch Coordinator

• Answer incoming emergency and customer service calls with professionalism empathy and confidence.
• Gather accurate information to ensure the right crews are dispatched quickly and efficiently.
• Schedule emergency response and restoration services using our job management software.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.
• Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and exceptional service.
• Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation and data entry.
• Handle general customer inquiries past service requests and routine office communications.
• Collaborate remotely with our Operations Business Development and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

  Previous dispatching scheduling customer service call center or administrative experience
• Experience in Restoration construction or plumbing a plus
• Experience working remotely is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platforms
• High-speed internet connection and a dedicated distraction-free home workspace
