Remote Devop engineer

A Remote DevOps Engineer is responsible for developing maintaining and improving the systems and infrastructure used to build test deploy and operate software applications. The role combines software development and IT operations to automate workflows improve system reliability and ensure applications run efficiently and securely. A Remote DevOps Engineer works with development and operations teams to manage cloud infrastructure implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Build maintain and improve automated software deployment and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform Ansible or similar containers and deployment environments using Docker and application performance system availability and infrastructure server network application and deployment security best practices and manage access with software developers system administrators and security scripts and automation tools using languages such as Python Bash or version control systems such as infrastructure configurations deployment procedures and troubleshooting backup disaster recovery and system reliability in improving system scalability performance and operational Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Linux and Windows server of networking DNS HTTP and TCP/IP with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/ of Docker and with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as skills in Python Bash or of Git and version of monitoring and logging troubleshooting and problem-solving of cybersecurity and access control communication and collaboration to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams.
