Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys helping others staying organized and creating memorable experiences We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Destination Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This flexible work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with clients researching exciting destinations and coordinating travel details while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role you will work directly with clients to learn about their travel preferences budgets and goals before researching destination options and helping coordinate accommodations cruises vacation packages transportation and activities. You will organize customized itineraries confirm important reservation details maintain accurate records and provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process to ensure every trip is organized from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Previous experience in customer service hospitality administrative support or travel is helpful but not required as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and objectives
  • Research destinations accommodations cruises tours and vacation packages
  • Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements
  • Prepare organized itineraries and travel documentation
  • Provide timely updates and respond to client questions throughout the planning process
  • Maintain accurate records using online systems and digital platforms
  • Stay informed on travel suppliers promotions and destination information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after the planning process

Qualifications
