Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Database Support Assistant to join our remote operations team. This entry-level position will assist with maintaining accurate information across company databases internal systems spreadsheets and digital platforms.
The Database Support Assistant will focus on reviewing existing records verifying information making approved updates identifying inconsistencies and supporting routine database maintenance activities. Review existing database records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
Add new information to internal databases according to established procedures.
Update existing customer vendor employee product or business records as assigned.
Verify information against approved source documents and internal records.
