We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time remote position for a candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly allowing us to focus on our core mission of supporting children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting updating and maintaining data across various company databases and digital systems.
  • Performing regular data verification and clean-up to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assisting with a range of administrative tasks including digital file management document organisation and data retrieval.
  • Preparing and formatting reports documents and correspondence as required by the team.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Providing general administrative support to help streamline company processes and projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a data entry administrative assistant or a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word or equivalent software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data responsibly.
