About the Opportunity

Were looking for organized dependable professionals who enjoy creating well-managed experiences for clients and keeping important details on track.

You will support the client journey from initial planning through final confirmation. Your work will involve communication scheduling coordination follow-up and ensuring that each step is handled accurately and professionally.

This is a fully remote position with flexibility built into the role. Prior industry experience is not required and training is provided.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating with clients regarding preferences requests and upcoming details
  • Coordinating schedules appointments confirmations and service arrangements
  • Keeping client records accurate organized and current
  • Tracking follow-ups deadlines pending items and changes
  • Providing timely updates throughout the planning process
  • Reviewing details carefully before arrangements are finalized
  • Assisting with special requests and routine adjustments
  • Communicating with service providers when additional information is needed
  • Helping resolve common client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensuring each client receives consistent support from beginning to end
