Job Summary
The Williston Northampton School is seeking a dedicated and service-orientedRemote Customer Service Representativeto provide exceptional support to prospective families current students parents alumni and community members. This position serves as a key point of contact for inquiries helping deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the schools commitment to academic excellence and community engagement. The ideal candidate is professional organized and passionate about providing timely and accurate assistance in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional courteous and timely manner.
Assist prospective families students parents alumni and visitors by providing accurate information about school programs admissions events and services.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and student information systems.
Process requests update account information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with Admissions Finance Student Services and Administrative departments to ensure efficient communication.
Provide technical guidance for online forms portals and virtual school resources.
Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries and concerns have been fully resolved.
Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional information in accordance with school policies and applicable privacy regulations.
Meet established productivity quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service administrative support or call center experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace CRM systems and virtual communication platforms.
Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
