Remote Customer Service Contractor — 1099

We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Contractors for an upcoming customer service program. Limited openings are available and qualified candidates must be prepared to complete enrollment quickly.

• Handle inbound customer service calls
• Assist customers with scheduling and service-related needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Accurately document customer information
• Follow established procedures and workflows

• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Type 35 WPM
• Comfortable with high-volume/back-to-back calls
• Reliable computer internet and quiet workspace
• Monday availability required
• Must complete required background check drug screening and ID verification

Available Hours: 4:00 AM8:00 PM ET
Monday Requirement: Minimum 4 hours
