Remote Contract LicensingCredentialing Coordinator

Were looking for a Remote Contract Licensing/Credentialing Coordinator to help support our Licensing Department on a part-time basis around 20-30 hours per week. Ideally wed love to find someone who is already a Notary Public or would be willing to become one.

The ideal candidate would have experience managing a high volume of professional licenses across multiple states handling renewals tracking deadlines maintaining compliance and working with state regulatory agencies. Appraisal industry experience isnt necessary.

The role is fully remote and would focus on helping our team process licensing applications renewals and other related administrative tasks across multiple states. We do have offices all over the country so if they prefer in office we could probably get them a set if wanted.

We are looking at an annual salary of $50000-$60000 for this role and would like to get someone on board soon. The goal is for this role to transition into full time come first of the year.
