The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding its remote team and is looking for motivated professionals who enjoy helping people communicating with clients and building long-term relationships.
This is a remote client-facing life insurance sales and service position. Representatives meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available supplemental insurance benefits.
Our representatives help clients understand their options identify their coverage needs and complete the enrollment process.
What You Will Do
Meet with clients virtually by phone and Zoom
Review available supplemental life insurance and benefit programs
Explain coverage options in a clear and professional manner
Help clients complete applications and enrollment documents
Follow up with existing clients regarding their benefits
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Compensation
This is an independent contractor position.
Compensation includes:
Commission-based income
Performance bonuses
Renewal income
Leadership and advancement incentives
There is no hourly wage or guaranteed base salary. Earnings are based on individual activity sales production and performance.
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable meeting with clients virtually
Reliable computer internet access and phone
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to complete required insurance licensing
Current life insurance license is helpful but not required to apply
Must reside in the state connected to this posting
No previous insurance experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service sales education management hospitality or healthcare often transition well into this role.
