We are seeking motivated personable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Solutions Advisors. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people researching options solving problems and providing personalized customer service. We are looking for candidates who are dependable willing to learn and comfortable managing their responsibilities independently.
As a Remote Client Solutions Advisor you will communicate directly with clients to understand their needs preferences schedules budgets and expectations. You will use available online resources and systems to research and compare options organize information provide recommendations and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process.
Responsibilities may include responding to new client inquiries scheduling consultations gathering client information researching available options comparing pricing and features preparing personalized recommendations assisting with reservations and arrangements reviewing confirmation details for accuracy maintaining organized client records communicating updates answering questions and following up with clients when necessary.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training educational resources and ongoing support are provided to help you become familiar with the systems processes and tools used in the role. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology and willing to participate in continued training and development.
Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills excellent attention to detail basic computer and internet knowledge reliable internet access and effective organizational and time-management skills. You should also be comfortable communicating with clients through phone email text and virtual platforms.
