Remote Client Services Coordinator

3 Dots is hiring a Remote Client Services Coordinator to support our Travel & Events team.

We are looking for a dependable organized and personable team member who enjoys working with clients researching travel options coordinating details and providing excellent customer service.

Prior travel industry experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely professional assistance
• Research hotels destinations activities transportation restaurants venues and other travel or event options
• Assist with travel and event reservations confirmations and changes
• Organize client information itineraries schedules and booking details
• Communicate with hotels vendors venues and travel partners
• Follow up on outstanding requests and confirmations
• Assist with resolving booking changes or client issues
• Maintain accurate records and client information
• Conduct online research and gather information for client requests
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Travel & Events team
• Work collaboratively with team members while managing assigned tasks independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable using email online research and common computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Reliable responsive and able to work independently
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Willingness to learn new software systems and travel processes
