Job Description
As a Remote Chat and Email Representative at 111 Sign Inc. you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat and email communication channels. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage online chat and email communications with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries concerns and complaints regarding orders products or services
- Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and providing product information
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and email systems

Salary & Benefits:
