Reliability Manager II

Ecolab is seeking a Reliability Manager II to support our plant operations team. As a Reliability Manager II you will lead and develop a high-performing maintenance organization ensuring safe reliable and cost-effective operations. You will partner closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient use of labor and materials within budget.

What You Will Do:

• Lead coach and develop a team of maintenance technicians to achieve plant performance goals

• Plan schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and productivity

• Manage and optimize the maintenance labor budget and material spend to ensure cost-effective operations

• Develop and track maintenance budgets forecasts and KPIs to support operational targets

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and maintenance best practices

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive root cause analysis

• Oversee contractors consultants and project work as required based on plant size and scope

• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource constraints and operational challenges

• Serve as a subject matter resource for maintenance strategies systems and continuous improvement initiatives

Position Details (Location & Work Schedule):

• Location: Plant-based role (on-site)

• Work Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility to support plant operations including off-hours as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Engineering Maintenance or a related field

• 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment

• Multi-trade maintenance background (mechanical electrical etc.)

• Proven ability to manage budgets resources and maintenance operations effectively

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives

• Expert in PLC programming VFD systems and AllenBradley controls with strong troubleshooting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial setting (Global Operations standard)

• 5 years of experience in an engineering or reliability discipline (for Reliability-focused roles)

• Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or predictive maintenance programs

• Experience managing large teams contractors and capital or maintenance projects
