Release Train Engineering Senior Manager- Hybrid

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Release Train Engineering Senior Manager for the Bloomfield CT location to work on the Agile Release Train (ART) removing impediments managing risks and driving continuous improvement to ensure value delivery across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities:

Build technology roadmap to identify strategic objectives assess the technology landscape and identify initiatives.

Collaborate with architects and data engineers to implement a recommendations pipeline which enables affordable care for customers.

Create and manage release schedules ensuring timely delivery of releases.

Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with releases. Promote DevOps and continuous delivery practices within the ART.

Create UML diagrams such as Activity Diagram Sequence Diagram Data Flow Diagram and Wireframe prototyping.

Design and manage requirements with cloud services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Work with data architects to manage the development and optimization of data warehousing solutions using Teradata Snowflake.

Facilitate dashboards using tableau and Jira.

Hybrid work schedule.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 135700 - 226100 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
