• Process deposits withdrawals and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services.
• Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field preferred.
• 6-12 months of customer service retail sales cash handling or related experience preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
