Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant

We are looking for:RehabilitationScheduling Coordinatorand Veterinary Assistant

This roleprovidesa high levelof client and patient this role the individual enhances communication and provides support between referring veterinarians clientsveterinariansand all team members of the department.

Whatyoulldo:

• Answer and respond to phone calls from clients referral partners and pharmacies

• Log all conversations as well as check and logvoicemail messages

• Schedule appointments for multiple doctors and therapists

• Call referral partners for patient records and save records to patient charts

• Check department emailsand text messages throughout theday

• Call clients for appointment reminders

• Sit with patients during their acupuncture treatment

• Assist rehabilitation therapists with patients needing additional support with exercises and treatments

• Assist with workflow by bringing patients into the hospital for appointments and releasing them back to their families after treatments

• Monitor supplies needed for the department as well as help keep the department clean and organized daily
