POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Coordinator to join our

Amerivet veterinary this pivotal role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance

with all relevant regulations and permitting pertaining to veterinary practices. The Regulatory

Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to facilitate and

monitor regulatory changes and maintain up-to-date requirements. Your expertise will

contribute significantly to our mission of delivering innovative and safe solutions for animal

health. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The

successful candidate will play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of regulatory

approvals fostering collaboration across departments and upholding the integrity of our

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and submit regulatory documents and applications to relevant authorities.

Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect veterinary practices

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence.

Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance.

Conduct audits and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.

Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role in the veterinary or medical industry is

preferred.

Strong knowledge of veterinary regulatory guidelines and approval processes preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex

information clearly.

Proficient in research analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to

deadlines.

Proficient in using computer software for document management and data analysis.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong professional

relationships.
