You will:Serve as a key point of contact for clients providing prompt and thoughtful supportCoordinate meetings and communications between clients and advisorsEnsure every client interaction reflects professionalism warmth and attention to detailKeep the Operational Engine RunningYoull help ensure that the behind-the-scenes work supporting our advisory practice runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:Opening and maintaining investment accountsPreparing and processing client documentationCoordinating asset transfers and account updatesMonitoring requests to ensure timely completionSupporting client events and marketing initiativesSupport Investment and Money Movement RequestsWorking closely with advisors and operations teams you will help facilitate account activity including:Processing trades and transaction requestsInitiating wires ACH transfers and internal account journalsTracking requests through completion while maintaining strict accuracyPrepare Advisors for Meaningful Client ConversationsYour organization and preparation will help advisors focus on delivering great advice.
