As a Trauma OR RN you will provide critical intraoperative care to patients experiencing complex life-threatening injuries. Youll work alongside top trauma surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to deliver rapid precise and compassionate care.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of trauma patients during surgical procedures ensuring strict adherence to sterile protocols safety standards and surgical best practices.

• Deliver direct and specialized nursing care to trauma patients during surgical interventions

• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and surgical techs to ensure seamless coordination during procedures

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and instruments

• Document patient care activities accurately and in real time

• Maintain knowledge of surgical techniques emergency protocols and instrumentation

• Support post-operative handoffs and transitions to appropriate recovery units

• Remain calm and effective under pressure in high-stress time-sensitive situations

• Current Florida RN license or recognized compact licensure (per Florida Board of Nursing requirements)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program Required

• BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Required

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Trauma OR or Operating Room Required

• Strong clinical judgment quick decision-making and teamwork skills

• Full-Time Nights

• Rotating Weekends flexibility required for trauma coverage needs

• Hourly Rate: $39.57 $53.34 (Based on 17 years of experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: May be available on a case-by-case basis
