Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- NOC Shift (Weekdays)
$49.00 - $50.00 per hour
We are seeking compassionate dedicated and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team in San Francisco. As a Registered Nurse you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will oversee daily nursing operations deliver direct clinical care and help ensure the health safety and well-being of residents.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily shift activities.
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration IV therapy and laboratory-related procedures.
- Complete comprehensive resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Manage admissions transfers and discharge processes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education as needed.
- Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- New graduate RNs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
