The Baxter Health RN Residency Programprovidesacomprehensive on-boarding experience to transition and supportnewly graduated registered nurses from students to safe competent professional Baxter Health RN Residency includes an evidence-based curriculum guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.

This program was designed for RN graduates and RNs with six (6) months or less experience. RNs with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.
