Registered Nurse (RN)

Cornerstone Caregiving in Muskogee is looking for a dependable and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to complete client assessments on an as-needed basis throughout Muskogee and the surrounding areas.

Position Details:

Schedule: PRN as needed
Location: Muskogee and surrounding areas
Flexibility: Must have a flexible schedule and be available for various dates and times.
Responsibilities: Complete client assessments as needed and help ensure quality care for our clients.

• Perform client intake assessments
• Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
• Assign client care plans
• Assist with caregiver training and orientations
