We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a strong foundation in pediatric nursing critical care (NICU/ICU) and pediatric behavioral health to join our dynamic team in Lancaster PA. • Holistic Pediatric Care: Deliver high-quality compassionate care tailored to pediatric patients with complex physical medical and behavioral health needs.

• Specialized Medical Management: Safely manage and maintain tracheostomy (trach) and gastrostomy (G-tube) care.

• Critical Assessment & Monitoring: Leverage NICU/ICU expertise to monitor vital signs recognize subtle clinical changes and respond swiftly to acute medical needs.

• Behavioral & Emotional Support: Utilize evidence-based de-escalation techniques behavioral interventions and trauma-informed practices to support pediatric patients facing emotional or neurodevelopmental challenges.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner effectively with families physicians therapists and behavioral health professionals to ensure integrated patient-centered outcomes.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate manual documentation via traditional paper charting while maintaining full compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Team-Oriented Flexibility: Jump in enthusiastically across different clinical and behavioral team functions as patient needs evolve.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania in good standing.

• Pediatric Experience: Demonstrated professional background in pediatric nursing care (home health pediatric experience transfers exceptionally well).

• Critical Care Background: Strong clinical experience in NICU ICU or pediatric critical care required.

• Behavioral Health Expertise: Experience in pediatric behavioral health psychiatric care crisis de-escalation or neurodevelopmental support.

• Clinical Skills: Proven hands-on proficiency in trach and G-tube care and maintenance.

• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification required (PALS preferred); deep commitment to safety and clinical excellence.
