Registered Nurse PACU

Time Type: Full Time 8hr shifts 40hr per week

Shift: Days

The staff RN is a registered professional nurse who assumes responsibility for patient care during the immediate postoperative period. He/she provides direct patient care involving knowledge of and the ability to use the nursing process in assessing diagnosing planning and evaluating patient needs to ensure positive patient outcomes.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current license in the State of Delaware

• 6 12 months experience in PACU or critical care

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• Previous experience in a critical care setting

• Completion of a Critical Care Program

• BCLS Certification

• ACLS Certification

• PALS Certification within six months of hire date.
