Job Summary
This is a FT Medical-Surgical RN position. The RN will also have the opportunity to cross-train in the critical care unit. There are Day shift and Night shift positions available.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our 4NW ICU Medicine Unit at Loyola University Medical Center. Our nurses are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting one another in a collaborative team-focused environment. This unit offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while expanding critical care and medical-surgical nursing skills.
The 4NW Medicine Unit includes 16 beds: 8 MICU beds and 8 Med Surg beds caring for patients with diagnoses which including sepsis/septic shock acute respiratory failure post-cardiac arrest liver failure and GI bleeds. Our team is supported by a Clinical Nurse Specialist focused on nursing excellence quality improvement and professional development. The leadership team also includes an assistant manager for additional operational support. 4NW is proud to foster a dynamic supportive culture where teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration are valued every day.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:
A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
1 Year of Inpatient Nursing Experience is Required
Compensation:
BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.97 - $57.06 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
