Location: Lewiston Maine
Pay Rate: $53.00 to $56.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night shifts 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Experience: Minimum 2 years required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lewiston Maine. This role supports post-acute long-term care skilled nursing dementia care and transitional rehabilitation residents while helping maintain a safe comfortable and therapeutic care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to LTC SNF and post-acute residents.

• Support residents with Alzheimers dementia rehabilitation and long-term care needs.

• Assess resident condition and respond to changes appropriately.

• Administer medications treatments IV therapy and wound care as ordered.

• Collaborate with care providers to support individualized resident care plans.

• Communicate clearly with residents families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC.

• Float to other units as needed based on facility needs.

• Support a safe respectful and home-like care environment.

Requirements

• Active Maine or compact Registered Nurse license required.

• BLS/BCLS certification required.

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.

• LTC SNF post-acute rehab or dementia care experience preferred.

• Associate degree in Nursing required.

• EPIC experience preferred.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.

• Must be flexible to support 24/7 coverage needs.

• Candidate must reside outside a 50-mile radius.

• Candidates with licensure hits or previous employment at the facility will not be considered.

• Holiday coverage may be required.
