Essential Functions
1. Sitting 24%; Walking 30%; Standing 40%; Squatting 3% Bending 3% 2. Working indoors 90% and Outdoors (for errands) 10% 3. Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 10 pounds 40% 4. Occasional lifting of objects weighing 75 pounds or greater 20% 5. Occasional pushing/pulling objects weighing 25 pounds or greater 20% 6. Frequent reaching for objects at above and below shoulder 20% 7. Occasional twisting at waist and stretching to reach objects 25% 8. Basic math skills (add subtract multiply divide) 30% 9.
