About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Honolulu Hawaii. This role requires flexibility to float between ICU PCU and Med/Surg units as needed while supporting high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to ICU PCU and Med/Surg patients.

Assess monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment.

Administer medications treatments and nursing interventions as ordered.

Support patient care needs across multiple acuity levels.

Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.

Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner.

Follow patient safety infection control and facility protocols.

Float between assigned units based on staffing and patient care needs.
Requirements
-
Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required prior to start.

Minimum 5 years of RN experience required.

ICU PCU and/or Med/Surg experience required.

BLS/BCLS certification required.

ACLS certification required.
-
PALS NRP and other specialty certifications preferred if applicable.

Cerner experience preferred.

Must be able to work rotating shifts and consecutive weekends if needed.
