Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Overview:

The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings ensuring comfort dignity and emotional support during end-of-life care.

Anticipated Status/Shift:

Full Time (40 hours/week)

Day Shift

Position Location:

Sentara Hospice Services - Harrisonburg VA (50-mile radius)

Requirements:

Education

• Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
• BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)

Experience

• 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
• Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
• Prior case management experience (Preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $87214.40 - $126900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
