Registered Nurse Critical Care

Position Summary:

Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse and complex patient population while working alongside a highly skilled collaborative interdisciplinary team.

RNs on Hauenstein 2 develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties strengthening clinical judgment and technical skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting. The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning professional growth and clinical excellence with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
• Associates degree in nursing required BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
• Licensed in the State of Michigan
• Certs: BLS ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months)
• Experience as an RN required.
