JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health

RN - BH

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Behavioral Health Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• You will administer prescribed medications change dressings clean wounds and monitor vital signs.
• As a member of this team you will monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Our nurses serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• As a nurse on our team you will be responsible for coordinating patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Behavioral Health Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon
• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Will consider LTAC candidates interested in behavioral health

Pay Rate: $47.40-74.78/hour
