About the Role
Hello Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for an elementary school setting in Denver this role youll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans collecting data and collaborating with school teams. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in students lives.

What Youll Do
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students
Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
Support students with social emotional and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What Were Looking For
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication patience and teamwork skills
School-based or ABA experience is a plus
