Job Summary

Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges and disabilities At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) were seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Raleigh NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

Position details: Part-time M-F shifts times from 12pm to 4pm (20hrs. per week)
Location: Raleigh NC
Compensation: $21-24 /hour based on your experience

What Youll Do:
Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities social interactions record and collect data on clients progress and communicate with clients families.

What Were Looking For:
To join our team you must have a willingness to provide care in various community settings. We require:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required upon hire must be active and in good standing and the certification must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Must possess unrestricted state appropriate drivers license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Experience in Education Child Development Psychology Autism or Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and their families (preferred).
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with staff clients and stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.
