REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Quality Performance Analytics Lead in Winston-Salem NC
This role leads regional quality performance reporting analytics and KPI governance for RJRT Quality Management. The position transforms quality complaint manufacturing and operational data into accurate insights leadership-ready reporting and actionable recommendations to support Operations End Markets Regional Quality and Global Quality stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the regional quality performance reporting process ensuring timely accurate and actionable KPI reporting for Quality Operations End Markets Regional Quality and Global Quality stakeholders.
- Manage annual quality KPI goal-setting threshold reviews and reporting governance in alignment with Global Quality Reporting Regional Quality leadership and business priorities.
- Develop maintain and improve BI dashboards scorecards reporting tools and leadership-ready performance summaries.
- Extract validate reconcile and analyze data from quality complaint manufacturing and reporting systems to ensure accurate and reliable insights.
- Monitor quality KPI trends consumer complaint patterns CPB/CPM performance threshold violations and emerging risks requiring escalation or investigation.
- Apply statistical thinking and analytical methods to evaluate performance trends process variation complaint patterns and improvement opportunities.
- Use data visualization and storytelling techniques to translate complex data into clear insights business impact and recommended actions.
- Prepare and support monthly Quality KPI submissions S&I materials Regulatory Oversight Committee reporting and other leadership review content.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements improve data quality automate recurring reports and strengthen quality performance governance.
- Manage permissions and content structure for the Quality Management SharePoint site ensuring appropriate access and organization of key reporting materials.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering Data Analytics Statistics Business Analytics Information Systems Supply Chain Operations Management or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in quality operations manufacturing or regulated environments with knowledge of quality management continuous improvement principles and tobacco quality considered a plus.
- Experience supporting KPI reporting BI dashboards scorecards and quality performance reviews including data visualization and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical experience interpreting quality consumer complaint and operational data applying statistical thinking to identify trends variation risks emerging issues and improvement opportunities.
- Experience working with databases reporting systems data validation report accuracy controls and data models including automating reports and streamlining recurring reporting processes.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI SQL Power Query Excel Tableau or similar tools.
- Experience with consumer complaint trending CPB/CPM analysis threshold monitoring or quality performance governance with knowledge of tobacco products quality systems regulatory expectations consumer-centric quality principles and TPMP requirements preferred.
- Strong communication data storytelling stakeholder management and attention to detail; quality regulatory analytics or continuous improvement certifications are preferred
