As a Community Division Manager youll provide daily leadership and operational support to a team of Community Managers within an assigned region. Youll ensure our team consistently delivers exceptional service to the communities we manage following the standards and values that define who we are.

Lead coach and support a team of Community Managers and/or Team Leads.
Oversee hiring onboarding training and performance management.
Promote productivity standards and performance excellence in alignment with company goals.
Foster positive team dynamics and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings.
Provide support on portfolio management as needed ensuring high service levels.
Monitor timekeeping and approve time off in coordination with Human Resources.
Conduct internal reviews handle escalations and assist with client retention.
Oversee preparation and implementation of operating and capital budgets.
Ensure alignment with state laws and community governing documents.
Attend and support board and annual meetings as needed.
Guide Community Managers through vendor management and financial oversight.
Conduct community site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Collaborate with leadership to implement standardized processes and best practices.
Represent the organization in business development efforts.
Serve as a subject matter expert for training compliance and community strategy.
Travel as required to support regional operations and leadership visibility.
5 years of experience in Community or Homeowner Association Management.
Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation (required).
Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage people and processes.
Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to our values of service accountability innovation and integrity.
Standard schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
May require after-hours and occasional weekend availability.
Travel required; includes visits to managed communities and remote offices.
Required Skills:
What Youll Bring Associate degree or equivalent; 3 years of experience in community or property management preferred. Knowledge of association governing documents and community operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail time management and prioritization skills. Proven ability to manage multiple communities and foster positive relationships. Experience in vendor management and contract oversight. Ability to work evenings or weekends for scheduled meetings or emergencies. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week (MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM). Requires occasional after-hours and weekend work. Involves regular travel to managed communities.
