Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Able to work independently and be dependable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.
- Prior industry experience in printing and mail is mandatory
- Travel in the surrounding areas is necessary and includes mileage reimbursement
- Performing office functions such as copy and document imaging records management mail processing
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing assigned client accounts and supervising staff.
- Maintains a professional safe and organized working environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to move about intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing office-related tasks.
- May be required to lift medium to heavy objects over short distances.
- Regularly pushes a loaded utility cart during the day.
Work Environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team.
- Must be adaptable to changing client needs and priorities.
Equipment Software
- Must be proficient on the computer laptop monitors mouse keyboard headset copier scanner fax machine
- Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
- Must be proficient in MS Suite
- Must have working knowledge of Teams Zoom or a similar virtual meeting platform
- Candidates familiar with Citrix platform will be preferred
