What We Will Achieve Together:

Safe and Compliant Schools: Ensure all assigned schools are maintained in a safe code-compliant and licensing-ready condition at all times

Operational Excellence: Deliver timely high-quality preventative maintenance and repairs that minimize downtime and disruption to school operations.

Trusted Partnership: Build strong relationships with school leadership vendors and internal teams serving as a reliable and solutions-oriented facilities partner.
Pride in Our Spaces: Maintain buildings and outdoor areas that reflect our standards values and commitment to children and families.

What youll do:

Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs across multiple school locations including HVAC filter changes basic electrical plumbing carpentry drywall painting flooring playground equipment fencing and landscaping.

Respond promptly and effectively to facility service requests urgent issues and emergencies.

Conduct routine safety health and building condition checks; proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Maintain accurate Property Condition Reports work orders and documentation using companyapproved systems.

Communicate clearly and professionally with school leadership regarding repairs timelines and recommendations.

Support small capital projects improvements and seasonal preparation.

Represent the Facilities team with professionalism accountability and a serviceoriented mindset.

Other job-related duties as assigned.

Required & Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass required background and fingerprint checks.

Basic proficiency using smartphones tablets or laptops for work orders and communication.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Regular travel between assigned school locations: regional travel .

Ability to stand 75% of the day lift 50 lbs. twist lift carry push and pull.

Ability to kneel bend climb ladders and stand or walk for extended periods.

Ability to use Tools & Equipment such as (although not limited to): Hand tools Power tools Ladders Facility inspection instruments etc.

Work performed indoors and outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Frequent interactions with children families teachers and other staff in an active school environment.

Occasional early mornings evenings or weekends may be required to support operations or emergencies.

Compliance with state childcare facility standards

Adherence to safety OSHA and sanitation protocols

Ability to work overtime in rotation.

$25 - $30 an hour

Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour.
