What Youll Do:

  • Assist the Director in the planning facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care Program to ensurethe overall success of all resident programs in the Reflections Neighborhood
  • Facilitate meaningful programs for residents with dementia by taking individual needs into account and assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
  • Serve asan informed expert by staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures of the community
  • Be involved and interact with people (residents families visitors staff home care agency potential referral sources community services other health providers community groups etc.)
  • Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communicationscalendar creation and newsletter development or be willing to learn and implement


What Youll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a working knowledge of Dementia and other memory care diagnosis including documented Alzheimers and Dementia training
  • Possess excellent time management and communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work closely with the Directorbut can carry out tasks independently or as a part of a team.
  • At least 1 year in an activity programming-related position preferably memory care or experience as a caregiver
  • Have the physical mental and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
