Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Outreach

• Source candidates using Indeed LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews

Coordination & Scheduling

• Coordinate interview and hiring meetings

Hiring & Onboarding Support

• Support the hiring process from start to finish
• Assist with onboarding of new hires

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting talent acquisition or a related hiring role
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Comfortable conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules
