• Manage key searches from start to finish as you team up closely with hiring leaders to ensure they attract and hire impact players who will thrive in the companys environment
• Play a leadership role in our community as you get involved in local Accounting HR and business groups and you play an active role speaking with students providing thought leadership and guidance
• Enjoy immersive training as our team dives deep each week into recruiting leadership and life training topics allowing you to gain an MBA in recruiting while also steadily getting better as a professional and a person
