Job Summary
We areseekinga proactive and experiencedRecruiting & HR Coordinatorto join our growing team in Kenner Louisiana. This role combines full-cycle recruitingwith HR operations and administrative ideal candidate excels at sourcing and hiring top talent while also providing reliable day-to-day HR coordination across theentireemployee lifecycle. This role will partner closely withHR leadershiphiring managers employees and Finance to ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs define recruitment strategies and ensure timely hiring.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards social media networking referrals and direct outreach. Screen interview and assess candidates against role requirements technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews manage candidate communication and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Extend offers in partnership with HR Leadership and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Attend recruitment networking and employer branding events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain ATS records recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
HR Operations
- Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding employment documentation and HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks I-9/E-Verify training and system access.
- Partner with Finance to support payroll administration and employee data accuracy.
- Track attendance PTO leave requests and employee records.
- Assist with benefits administration employee communications and HR documentation.
Employee Support & Compliance
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support performance review processes policy administration and HR initiatives.
- Assist with leave administration workers compensation disability cases and related documentation.
- Participate in employee relations matters including investigations disciplinary meetings and terminations.
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting talent acquisition HR coordination HR operations or a combination of both
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple position types and levels
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices HR administration and applicable federal state and local employment laws
- Experience supporting onboarding employee records management and HR systems administration
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word
Preferred
- Experience with BambooHR ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS payroll and applicant tracking systems
- Experience recruiting for gaming technology digital media or other fast-paced operational environments
- Experience supporting multi-state employee populations
- Experience with E-Verify leave administration and benefits programs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position is primarily performed in an office or remote setting.
- The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and screen usage.
- Employees maybe requiredtooperategaming consoles peripherals and various computing hardware.

This position has beendesignatedas Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
