Recruiting Coordinator

• Review applications and screen candidates for production maintenance technical and support positions.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support hiring events job fairs open interviews and other recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate recruiting activity within UKG Recruiting Gateway.
• Partner with plant leadership and the HR team to identify staffing priorities and address workforce needs.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including drug screens background checks and required employment paperwork.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of Form I-9 and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate and support new hire orientation plant tours and onboarding activities.
• Process candidate dispositions and maintain recruiting records in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting on applicant flow interviews hiring progress and staffing needs.
• Promote a professional welcoming and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

• Associate degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting staffing human resources or administrative experience preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience in a manufacturing production or plant environment is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking or HR systems; UKG Recruiting Gateway and UKG Pro experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of onboarding Form I-9 and employment documentation requirements is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication organization follow-through and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
