• 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager/Job Developer working with justice-involved individuals or other adults facing barriers to employment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employers committed to supporting justice-involved candidates.
• Familiarity with legal issues related to employment for justice-involved individuals (e.g. expungement record sealing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local state and federal resources for justice-involved individuals.
• Must be organized detail-oriented and able to handle confidential matters responsibly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
