Driver Recruiter (Entry Level) Central Transport Warren MI

Were hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Central Transports headquarters in Warren MI. Youll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. If youre competitive organized and comfortable in a fast-paced high-call environment youll do well here.

What youll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers dock workers and support roles
• Source candidates using job boards databases and outbound outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Make 3050 outbound calls and handle 1520 inbound calls daily
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported

• Bachelors degree (Business HR Logistics or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Organized detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office systems navigation)
